Cleaning services

Commercial Cleaning View the page

Can you clean outside our business hours?

Yes, and most of our commercial contracts run that way. Evenings, overnight, or early mornings, whatever keeps your operation running and your staff undisturbed.

Can you supply Safety Data Sheets for your products?

Yes. We use professional-grade products matched to the surfaces in your building, and EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants where disinfection is part of the scope. Safety Data Sheets are available on request for everything we bring on site. If your facility keeps a chemical register or your safety officer needs them on file before we start, say so when we scope the work and they will be part of the handover rather than something you have to chase.

Are your staff background checked and insured?

Yes. We are licensed and insured, and we can provide certificates of insurance naming your organization. For financial institutions and healthcare settings we are used to meeting additional vetting requirements.

Do you handle biohazard incidents at commercial sites?

Yes, and that is one of the main reasons commercial clients choose us. If something happens on your premises, a medical incident, a sewage backup, a chemical spill. You already have a vendor who can handle it, rather than searching for one during a crisis.

What size contracts do you take?

Everything from a single small office to multi-site contracts across the state. Tell us the footprint and frequency and we will scope it.

Event Cleaning View the page

Do you work during the event, or only afterwards?

Both. Many venues want a crew on site through the event handling restrooms, spills and bins so nothing gets away from them, followed by a full turnaround afterwards. We can do either or both.

How fast can you turn a venue around?

It depends on the size and what the next booking is. Tell us the deadline and we will staff to it. Overnight turnarounds are routine for us.

Do you handle biohazard incidents at events?

Yes. Large events occasionally bring a medical incident, and it helps to have a crew already on site who is trained and equipped for it rather than having to call someone in and explain the situation twice.

Can you work to a call sheet?

That is how production work runs, so yes. Split days, overnight turnarounds, holds while a scene is being shot, and a hard wrap time. Give us the schedule and we work around it rather than the other way round.

Will your crew sign an NDA?

Yes, and we expect to. Our people are used to working on sets and around trailers where they will see scripts, sides, cast and unreleased material. Nothing gets photographed and nothing gets discussed off set.

Do you handle location restoration?

Yes. Returning a private home, business or public space to the condition the permit or location agreement requires is a large part of this work, and it is usually what decides whether a deposit comes back and whether that location says yes next time.

General questions View the page

What areas of Indiana do you serve?

The whole state. We are based in Columbus and dispatch statewide, including Indianapolis, Bloomington, Seymour, Greenwood, Franklin, Fort Wayne and South Bend. Response times vary with distance and we will give you a realistic window rather than an optimistic one.

Do you charge for estimates?

No. Estimates are free and carry no obligation. For an active emergency we will talk pricing on the phone and get a crew moving rather than waiting on paperwork.

Are you licensed and insured?

Yes, on every job we take: residential, commercial and biohazard. Our biohazard work follows the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1030, and certificates of insurance are available on request.

What cleaning products do you use?

Professional-grade products, chosen for the surface they are going on and used at the dilution the manufacturer specifies. Where we disinfect, we use EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants. Sealed stone, finished hardwood, stainless steel and natural surfaces each get something appropriate to them rather than one product used everywhere. Safety Data Sheets for anything we use in your property are available on request, and we will bring them without being asked if you would rather have them on file.

How much does cleaning cost?

It depends on square footage, how much work the property needs, and how often we come. Recurring visits cost less per visit than one-off cleans. White Glove starts at $1.00 per square foot. You get a firm written price after a free assessment, not an hourly rate that can run away from you.

Can I get help paying for a large job?

Yes. We partner with Afterpay, so you can split the cost over 6 or 12 months or into 4 interest-free payments. Approval takes about five minutes. We also bill most insurance carriers directly on covered losses.

Residential Cleaning View the page

How much does house cleaning cost in Indiana?

It depends on square footage, the level of clean, and how often we come. Recurring visits cost less per visit than one-off cleans because there is less to catch up on. We give you a firm price in writing after a free assessment rather than an hourly rate that can run away from you.

Do I need to be home during the cleaning?

No. Many of our recurring clients give us access arrangements and are at work while we clean. Whatever you are comfortable with works for us. We can also clean around you if you prefer to be there.

Are your products safe around children, pets and my floors?

We use professional-grade products and match them to the surface, and where we disinfect we use EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants. That matters as much for your finishes as it does for your household: the wrong product on sealed stone, waxed wood or a natural surface can dull or strip it. Tell us about anyone in the house with asthma, allergies or a sensitivity, and about any surface with a finish you are protective of, and we will plan around it. Safety Data Sheets are available on request for anything we bring into your home.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes, everything is included. If you would prefer we use specific products in your home, because of allergies, pets, or particular surfaces, tell us and we will.

Do you offer discounts for recurring clients or property managers?

Yes. Recurring schedules are priced better than one-time cleans, and we offer discounts to repeat clientele such as realtors, landlords and property managers who bring us regular turnover work.

Can you clean a rental between tenants on short notice?

That is our turnover cleaning service and it is one of the things we do most. Tell us the deadline on the first call and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.

White Glove View the page

What makes this different from a deep clean?

Depth and verification. A deep clean reaches the places a regular visit skips. White Glove takes appliances and fixtures apart, cleans behind and inside them, and then checks the result with a cotton glove in front of you. It runs up to four full working days for a reason.

How does the guarantee work?

Every member of the household gets a pair of white cotton inspection gloves. Run them over anything we have cleaned. If a glove picks up transferable residue, we come back within 48 hours and put it right at no extra charge.

Will anything you use damage my finishes?

Taking fixtures and appliances apart puts us in contact with surfaces a routine clean never touches, so product choice matters more here than anywhere else. We use professional-grade products and match them to each surface rather than carrying one cleaner around the house. Point out anything with a finish you are protective of during the walkthrough. Safety Data Sheets are available on request.

What does it cost?

Pricing starts at $1.00 per square foot and depends on the condition of the property and how much disassembly-level work is involved. You get a firm written figure after we have seen the space. Bookings over $500 take a 50% deposit to hold the dates.

How far ahead do I need to book?

As far ahead as you can. White Glove ties up a crew for several days, so we run limited availability and take reservations first come, first served. Holiday and end-of-month dates go first.

Can I book White Glove for just a few rooms?

No. White Glove is a whole-property service and we do not split it by room. The guarantee is the reason: a glove check only means anything if every room has been taken to the same standard, and we will not put our name to a partial one. If you want particular rooms taken further than a normal visit, a Deep Clean is the right service, and we can weight it toward the areas that matter most to you.

Levels of service

Deep Clean & Initial Reset View the page

Do we need this before starting a janitorial contract?

Usually, if the building has not been kept up. Recurring work maintains a standard rather than establishing one. We will tell you honestly at the assessment whether you need it.

How is it priced?

On soil level and square footage, because both drive how long it takes. You get a firm written price after a free assessment.

Is carpet extraction or floor waxing included?

No. Carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, and specialty restoration are quoted separately so you are not paying for them by default.

Deep Cleaning View the page

How is this different from a Standard Clean?

Depth. Standard cleans surfaces and exteriors; Deep opens up appliance and cabinet interiors, degreases rather than wipes, and takes in window tracks, light fixtures and hand-wiped trim. It takes considerably longer.

Do I need a Deep Clean every time?

No, and we would not sell you one. Deep is the reset. After it, a Standard Clean on a schedule holds the result for less.

How far ahead should I book?

A Deep Clean takes a bigger block of time, so it needs more notice than a routine visit. Call and we will give you a real date rather than an optimistic one.

General Janitorial View the page

How often should our building be cleaned?

Foot traffic matters more than floor area. Anywhere the public comes and goes or food is eaten usually needs daily attention; a smaller professional office is often fine weekly. We will walk the building and quote a frequency that matches how it is used.

Can you work outside business hours?

Yes, and for most contracts we recommend it. Evening, overnight and weekend schedules are all normal. The visit schedule is part of the written scope.

Who supplies consumables?

Soap, paper towels and toilet paper are client supplied unless we agree otherwise in writing. It is set out in the scope so there is no ambiguity.

Light Cleaning View the page

How long does a Light Clean take?

Less than any other level, though it still depends on the size of the home. We give you a firm written price after a free assessment rather than an hourly rate that can run away from you.

Can I book this as my only service?

You can, but be honest with us about the state of the property first. Light Cleaning maintains a result. If the home needs recovering rather than maintaining, we will tell you so instead of taking the booking and under-delivering.

Standard Cleaning View the page

How often should I book?

It depends on the household. Families with children and pets usually land on weekly or bi-weekly; a quieter home is often fine monthly. Recurring visits cost less per visit than one-offs because there is less to catch up on each time.

Do I need to be home?

No. Many recurring clients give us access arrangements and are at work while we clean. Whatever you are comfortable with works for us.

What if one visit needs more than the usual?

Tell us before the visit and we will price the extra rather than rushing the rest of the house to absorb it.

Standard+ Cleaning View the page

What exactly does Standard+ add over Standard?

Interior window cleaning and lock detailing in every room, the inside of the microwave, and descaling of tile, glass and fixtures where it is needed. The full task list is on the Standard+ page and in the printable checklist.

Is this enough for a first visit?

Usually not. If the property has not had regular help, appliance and cabinet interiors need opening up, which is Deep Cleaning. Standard+ is a maintenance level, not a recovery one.

Turnover Cleaning View the page

Does the property need to be empty?

It should be. Turnover is a reset of every surface, and furniture in the way means the marks underneath stay. Empty first, then clean.

Can you handle several units at once?

Yes. Multiple units on the same changeover date is normal work for us, particularly around Bloomington. Give us the unit count and the deadline and the estimate will cover the whole block.

Will this satisfy my landlord?

Read your lease first, because it may name specific items or require a receipt for professional carpet cleaning. Tell us what it says and we will make sure the scope covers it.

Biohazard and restoration

Asbestos & Lead View the page

How do I know if my Indiana home has lead paint?

If it was built before 1978, assume it does until testing proves otherwise. That is the year lead-based paint was banned for residential use in the United States. Much of Indiana's housing stock predates it. Intact, undisturbed lead paint is comparatively low risk; the danger comes from deteriorating paint, friction surfaces like windows, and any renovation that sands or disturbs it.

Is asbestos dangerous if I leave it alone?

Undisturbed, intact asbestos-containing material is generally lower risk than material that is damaged, crumbling or about to be disturbed by renovation. The danger is airborne fibres. The worst thing you can do is start a demolition or sanding project on an older building without knowing what is in it.

Do you test, or do I need a separate inspector?

For many jobs an independent certified inspector is the right call, because having testing and abatement done by the same party is a conflict some clients and lenders would rather avoid. We will tell you when independent testing is the sensible route and coordinate with whoever you choose.

Biohazard Remediation View the page

What counts as a biohazard?

Any biological or chemical material that can cause harm, blood and bodily fluids, human or animal remains, sewage, mold, chemical residues from drug manufacture, asbestos and lead, and infectious pathogens. If you are not sure whether your situation qualifies, call and describe it; we will tell you honestly.

What do you disinfect with?

EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants. Hospital-grade is a specific EPA designation rather than a marketing phrase: to carry it, a disinfectant has to prove broad-spectrum efficacy and, on top of that, efficacy against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Products are used at the dilution and contact time on the label, because a disinfectant wiped off early has not done what the label says. Safety Data Sheets for anything we use on your property are available on request.

Do you charge to come out and look?

Assessments are free. For an active emergency we will get a crew moving and sort the paperwork alongside, rather than the other way round.

Will insurance pay for this?

Frequently yes, depending on the cause of loss and your policy. We work with most carriers, document the scope the way adjusters expect, and can bill the insurer directly on approved claims. If it is not covered, Afterpay financing is available.

How is biohazard work different from ordinary cleaning?

Different training, different equipment, different chemistry, and a legal disposal chain. Biohazardous waste cannot go into ordinary refuse, contamination frequently penetrates below the surfaces you can see, and the work has to be performed under the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1030.

Chemical Spills View the page

What should I do in the first ten minutes of a spill?

Evacuate and isolate the area, stop the source if it is safe to do so, prevent it reaching drains or waterways if you can do that safely, and find the Safety Data Sheet for the substance. Then call us, and call emergency services first if there is any fire, injury or vapor risk.

Do you handle the regulatory reporting?

We document the incident, the materials involved, the remediation performed and the disposal chain, which is what regulators ask for. Statutory reporting obligations sit with the responsible party, but we make sure you have the records to meet them.

Clandestine Drug Labs View the page

Does Indiana require meth contaminated property to be disclosed?

Indiana maintains a public methamphetamine contaminated properties list through the Indiana State Police, and contaminated property carries disclosure and remediation obligations before it can be lawfully reoccupied. Requirements change, so confirm your specific situation with the Indiana Department of Environmental Management or your county health department, and get the remediation documented properly either way.

Can meth residue really make people sick?

Yes. Residue absorbs into porous surfaces and off-gasses over time. Reported effects in occupants of contaminated properties include respiratory problems, headaches, skin and eye irritation, and sleep disturbance, with children at greatest risk because of hand-to-mouth contact with floors and surfaces.

Why can't I just repaint and re-carpet?

Because contamination is not only on the surface. It moves into drywall, framing, insulation and the HVAC system. Painting over it seals it temporarily and it re-emerges. Proper remediation identifies contamination levels, removes what cannot be decontaminated, and verifies the result.

Crime Scene, Trauma & Unattended Death View the page

Does homeowners insurance cover crime scene or unattended death cleanup in Indiana?

In most cases yes. Indiana homeowners policies commonly cover biohazard remediation following a death or violent incident on the property, often under dwelling or personal property coverage. We work directly with most carriers, document the scope in the format adjusters expect, and can bill the insurer directly once the claim is approved. Call us before you file and we will tell you what your adjuster will ask for.

How quickly can you get to me?

Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Crews dispatch from Columbus and respond statewide. Response time depends on where in Indiana you are, and we will give you a realistic arrival window on the call rather than an optimistic one.

Can family members be present during the cleanup?

That is entirely your choice. Some families want to be there; many prefer not to be, and we handle everything and report back. We will never make you look at something you do not want to see, and we will always ask before disposing of anything that appears to be a personal keepsake.

Why can't I just clean it myself?

Blood and bodily fluids can carry HIV, hepatitis B and hepatitis C, which remain infectious on surfaces long after an incident. Household cleaners do not neutralize them, contamination frequently penetrates flooring and sub-floor where it is not visible, and biohazardous waste cannot lawfully go in your household bin. Beyond the health risk, incomplete remediation is a disclosure problem when the property is later sold.

Will the neighbors know?

Not from us. We use unmarked vehicles, we do not display signage, and our technicians do not discuss jobs outside the crew.

Emergency Biohazard Response View the page

Do you really answer at 3am?

Yes. Our emergency line rings through to a person 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Emergency biohazard work is not something that can wait for opening hours, and we do not run it that way.

How far do you travel?

Anywhere in Indiana. We are based in Columbus and dispatch statewide, Indianapolis, Bloomington, Fort Wayne, Evansville, South Bend and everywhere between.

What should I do before you arrive?

Keep people and pets out of the affected area, do not attempt to clean it yourself, and do not run HVAC if contamination is airborne or odor is spreading. We will give you specific instructions on the call.

Fire Damage View the page

Should I enter the property after a fire?

Only once the fire department has declared it structurally safe, and even then, briefly. Soot is a respiratory irritant, water from suppression creates slip and electrical hazards, and disturbing residue spreads it into unaffected rooms. If you need documents or medication, tell us and we can retrieve them safely.

Can smoke odor really be removed, or does it always come back?

It can be removed permanently, but only if the source is removed rather than masked. Odor returns when residue was left inside wall cavities, ductwork, insulation or contents. That is why our process treats the structure and the contents and the HVAC system rather than simply deodorizing the air.

How long does fire restoration take?

A contained single-room fire with light smoke may be a few days. A whole-structure loss with heavy smoke and required reconstruction runs weeks to months. We give you a realistic schedule after the assessment rather than an encouraging one up front.

Hoarding & Animal Hoarding View the page

Will you judge us?

No. Hoarding disorder is a recognized mental health condition, not a character failing or a housekeeping problem. Our crews are trained for this work and they have seen it before. Nobody on our team will make anyone feel ashamed in their own home.

Do you throw everything away?

Only what the client agrees to part with. We sort rather than bulk-haul, we set aside anything that looks like a document, a photograph or a valuable, and we check before disposal. Families are frequently surprised by what we recover.

Can you work with a deadline from a landlord or the health department?

Yes, and we would rather know about it up front. If there is a court date, an inspection, or an eviction timeline, tell us on the first call so we can scope the job to actually meet it.

Is the property safe to live in during the cleanup?

Sometimes, sometimes not. It depends on what we find, particularly with animal hoarding where ammonia levels and biohazards can make occupancy genuinely unsafe. We will tell you plainly after the assessment.

Industrial Accidents View the page

Can you work around an active OSHA or police investigation?

Yes. We regularly wait on scene release and coordinate with investigators so that nothing is disturbed before it should be. Tell us there is an investigation on the first call and we will plan around it.

Do you work outside production hours?

Yes. Most industrial work we do is scheduled overnight, at weekends or during planned shutdowns specifically to avoid halting production.

Infectious Disease Decontamination View the page

How soon can staff return after decontamination?

For most surface disinfection work, once treated surfaces have dried and the required contact time has elapsed, often the same day. Products and dwell times vary, so we confirm the specific re-entry time for your job in writing rather than leaving you to guess.

Do you provide documentation for our records?

Yes. You receive a written scope, the products used with their EPA registration details, areas treated, and the date and time of service, which is what employers, schools and insurers generally need.

Mold & Water Damage View the page

How fast does mold grow after water damage?

In Indiana's humidity, mold can begin establishing within 24 to 48 hours of materials getting wet. That is why we treat water damage as time-critical rather than something to schedule for next week. The difference between calling on day one and day seven is often the difference between drying a room and demolishing it.

Do I need a mold test before remediation?

Not always. If mold is visible and the source is obvious, testing often adds cost without changing the plan. Testing is genuinely useful when you need documentation for a real estate transaction or an insurance dispute, when occupants have unexplained symptoms, or when you need to confirm remediation succeeded. We will tell you honestly which situation you are in.

Does homeowners insurance cover mold in Indiana?

It depends on the cause. Mold resulting from a sudden, accidental covered event, such as a burst pipe, is frequently covered. Mold resulting from long-term seepage, poor maintenance or flooding usually is not, unless you carry specific endorsements. Document everything with photographs before anything is moved.

Can you remediate a crawlspace?

Yes. Crawlspaces are one of the most common sources of persistent mold in Indiana homes, and encapsulation is often the durable fix rather than repeated cleaning.

Odor Removal View the page

Why does the smell keep coming back after I clean?

Almost always because the source is still there. Odor molecules absorb into porous materials, carpet pad, sub-floor, drywall, insulation, ductwork, and surface cleaning never reaches them. Humidity then re-activates the smell, which is why it returns on warm days.

Is ozone treatment safe?

It is safe when done correctly and genuinely dangerous when it is not. Ozone is a respiratory irritant, so the building must be completely vacant of people, pets and plants for the full 30-hour treatment and 72-hour ventilation period. We post signage on every entrance and we do not cut that timeline short.

Can you remove cigarette smoke odor from a rental?

Yes, and it is one of the most common calls we get from Indiana landlords and property managers between tenancies. Heavy nicotine contamination usually needs surface treatment plus sealing plus ozone, and occasionally replacement of the most saturated materials.

Sewage Backup View the page

Is sewage backup dangerous?

Yes. Sewage carries E. coli, salmonella, hepatitis A, giardia and other pathogens, and it aerosolises. Keep people and pets out of the area, do not run fans that blow across the contamination into clean rooms, and do not attempt DIY extraction without proper PPE.

What can be saved after a sewage backup?

Hard, non-porous surfaces, tile, sealed concrete, metal, glass, can be cleaned and disinfected. Porous material that absorbed contaminated water, including carpet pad, drywall, insulation, particleboard and upholstered furniture, is generally removed rather than treated. We will be straight with you about which category each item falls into.

Does insurance cover sewage backup in Indiana?

Standard Indiana homeowners policies frequently exclude sewer and drain backup unless you carry a specific water backup endorsement, which is usually an inexpensive add-on. Check your declarations page for wording like 'water backup' or 'sump overflow'. We can document the loss either way.

Where we work

Bloomington View the page

Can you handle a block of rental turnovers at once?

Yes. Multiple units on the same changeover date is normal work for us. Tell us how many units and the date they have to be ready, and the estimate will cover the whole block rather than one unit at a time.

Do you work with healthcare facilities?

Yes. Recurring cleaning for healthcare facilities is part of our commercial work, with the scope written down and agreed in advance. We are licensed and insured, and certificates are available on request.

How far southwest do you go?

As far as the state does. Vincennes, Washington, Jasper and Linton are all regular working areas, and there is no part of the region we treat as out of range.

Columbus View the page

Are you actually based in Columbus?

Yes. ConvenientConnections has been based in Columbus since 2020. We are not a franchise office or a call center routing work to a contractor. When you call, you reach the company that will do the job.

How fast can you reach me in Columbus?

Faster than anywhere else in the state, because this is where we are. Emergency calls are answered around the clock. For scheduled cleaning we will give you a real date rather than an optimistic one.

Do you serve the smaller towns around Columbus?

Yes, on the same terms and with the same services. Seymour, North Vernon, Nashville, Edinburgh, Hope, Greensburg, Franklin, Shelbyville and Brownstown are all regular working areas, and estimates are free in all of them.

Indianapolis View the page

Do you cover the whole Indianapolis metro?

Yes. Marion County and the surrounding counties, including Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville, Westfield, Greenwood, Avon, Plainfield, Brownsburg and Lawrence.

Can you clean our offices outside business hours?

Yes, and for most commercial contracts that is what we recommend. Evening, overnight and weekend schedules are all normal for us. The visit schedule is part of the written scope so there is no ambiguity about when we come.

Is there a travel charge for Indianapolis?

Estimates are free. If a particular job is far enough out that mobilization is a genuine cost, it is written into the estimate before you agree to anything. We do not add travel fees after the fact.

Northern Indiana View the page

Are you slower to reach the north of the state?

For scheduled work, booking further ahead gets you a better slot. For emergencies we answer at any hour and give you a realistic arrival window rather than an optimistic one.

Do you offer the same services up here?

Yes, all of them. Nothing on this site is limited to one part of Indiana.

Can you take on a multi-site commercial contract?

Yes. If you have several locations across the state we can put them under one scope and one point of contact rather than treating each as a separate job.

Service Areas View the page

Do you really cover the whole state?

Yes, and with the same services everywhere. Residential, White Glove, commercial, event and specialist restoration are all available in every region we list. Nothing is limited to one part of Indiana.

How quickly can you get to me?

We dispatch from several points around the state, so it depends where you are and what is already booked. We give you a realistic arrival window rather than an optimistic one. Emergency work is answered around the clock.

Is there a travel charge?

Estimates are always free, anywhere in Indiana. If a job is far enough out that mobilization is a real cost it is stated in your written estimate before you agree to anything. We do not add travel fees after the fact.

Southeast Indiana View the page

Do you really come this far out?

Yes. The whole region is a working area, not an edge we occasionally stretch to. Estimates are free here the same as everywhere else in Indiana.

Do you work near the Kentucky border?

Yes. Jeffersonville, New Albany, Aurora, Lawrenceburg and Madison are all regular working areas.

What if my town is not on your list?

Call and ask. The city lists on this site are the towns we name, not the limit of where we go. If we cannot help we will say so rather than waste your time.

Booking, payment and policies

Financing View the page

Does applying affect my credit score?

Afterpay's monthly payment options may involve a credit check; the pay-in-4 option generally does not affect your score. Afterpay sets and administers these terms, not us. Check the current terms directly with them before you apply.

Can I use financing for an emergency job?

Yes. Approval typically takes around five minutes, so it does not hold up an emergency response. We will get the crew moving and sort payment alongside.

What if insurance is paying?

Then financing usually is not needed. We bill most carriers directly on approved claims. Financing is there for deductibles, for uncovered work, and for jobs where there is no claim at all.

Working With Us View the page

Do I need to be home?

No. Plenty of our recurring clients are at work while we clean and have an access arrangement with us. Whatever you are comfortable with works.

What if I need to move a visit at short notice?

Call us as early as you can on (812) 447-8928. Inside 24 hours the 50% charge applies, but we would still rather know than have a crew arrive at an empty house.

Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?

Yes. Everything needed for the agreed scope comes with the crew. If you would prefer we use a particular product on a particular surface, leave it out and tell us.

What happens on the first visit?

The first visit usually takes longer than the ones after it, because we are bringing the property to a baseline rather than maintaining one. That is why most homes start with a Deep Clean and then move onto a schedule.

More questions

Post-Construction Cleaning View the page

How is this different from a deep clean?

Construction dust behaves differently. Drywall dust, silica and the grit from cutting and sanding are far lighter than household dust, so they stay airborne for hours and settle again after a room is finished. Cleaning in the wrong order just moves the problem around, which is why a room can be cleaned twice and still fail a walkthrough the next morning.

Do we need all three passes?

Not always, but booking only the final clean is usually a false economy. Without a touch-up pass you are handing over a building that every trade has walked through since it was cleaned, and the punch list will find it.

Can you prove the result?

We take particulate readings before and after on request. On one job the reading fell from 90.9 to 4.2 micrograms per cubic meter. Whether a surface looks clean is a weak test; a measurement is not.

Do you run HEPA air scrubbers?

Yes. Negative air machines with a true HEPA final stage, rated to 99.97% at 0.3 microns, run on site through the clean. We size and place them for air changes per hour against the volume of the space, and we can set up negative air pressure behind poly containment where part of the building is already finished or occupied.

Can you provide readings for our closeout documentation?

Yes. We take PM2.5 particulate readings before and after and hand you the numbers. If your project is following an indoor air quality management plan, tell us what it requires and we will work to it.

How do you handle silica dust?

On any concrete, masonry or engineered stone that has been cut, ground or sanded, respirable crystalline silica is the controlling hazard. HEPA filtration, HEPA vacuuming and containment are built around that rather than added afterwards.

Do you work around trades still on site?

Yes. The rough clean normally happens while trades are still finishing. Tell us the sequence and we will fit around it rather than getting in the way.

Is this only for commercial builds?

No. Home renovations and extensions leave exactly the same dust in exactly the same places. A finished loft conversion or a new kitchen needs the same treatment as a new build, just less of it.

When should we book?

Tell us your handover date as early as you can. That date drives the plan, because the touch-up pass has to land after the last trade and before your client walks in.

Still not answered?

Call (812) 447-8928 and ask. The line is answered around the clock for anything urgent, and we would rather talk it through than have you guess.

Send us a question

Need a quote, or need us on site today?

Routine cleaning gets a free, no-obligation estimate. Biohazard emergencies get a crew dispatched anywhere in Indiana, 24 hours a day.
