The whole state. We are based in Columbus and dispatch statewide, including Indianapolis, Bloomington, Seymour, Greenwood, Franklin, Fort Wayne and South Bend. Response times vary with distance and we will give you a realistic window rather than an optimistic one.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free and carry no obligation. For an active emergency we will talk pricing on the phone and get a crew moving rather than waiting on paperwork.
Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, on every job we take: residential, commercial and biohazard. Our biohazard work follows the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1030, and certificates of insurance are available on request.
What cleaning products do you use?
Professional-grade products, chosen for the surface they are going on and used at the dilution the manufacturer specifies. Where we disinfect, we use EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants. Sealed stone, finished hardwood, stainless steel and natural surfaces each get something appropriate to them rather than one product used everywhere. Safety Data Sheets for anything we use in your property are available on request, and we will bring them without being asked if you would rather have them on file.
How much does cleaning cost?
It depends on square footage, how much work the property needs, and how often we come. Recurring visits cost less per visit than one-off cleans. White Glove starts at $1.00 per square foot. You get a firm written price after a free assessment, not an hourly rate that can run away from you.
Can I get help paying for a large job?
Yes. We partner with Afterpay, so you can split the cost over 6 or 12 months or into 4 interest-free payments. Approval takes about five minutes. We also bill most insurance carriers directly on covered losses.
