How we keep convenientconnections.net usable for everyone, what we have done, known limitations, and how to report a barrier.

We want everyone to be able to use this website, including people who browse with a screen reader, a keyboard only, magnification, or reduced motion settings.
What we have done
This site was built to target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In practice that means:
- Every page can be operated with a keyboard alone, and focus is always visible.
- A "skip to main content" link is the first thing a keyboard or screen reader user reaches.
- Headings run in a logical order and describe the structure of each page.
- Images carry alternative text, and purely decorative images are hidden from screen readers.
- Form fields have real labels, required fields are marked, and errors are announced rather than only shown in color.
- Text meets AA contrast ratios against its background.
- Text resizes without breaking the layout, and the site reflows to narrow screens.
- Animation is suppressed for visitors whose system requests reduced motion.
- The site works without JavaScript. Navigation and forms still function.
Known limitations
Some photographs recovered from our previous website are lower resolution than we would like. This does not affect screen reader users, and we are replacing them as we photograph new work.
Third-party services we link to, such as Afterpay financing and our social media profiles, are outside our control and we cannot guarantee their accessibility.
