Payment terms
How invoicing and booking work
No surprises at the end of a job. These are the terms every estimate is written against.
- Invoices are due within 24 hours
- Payment is due within 24 hours of the service date unless we have agreed something different with you in writing.
- Late payment
- Invoices left unpaid past that window may incur a $10 per day late fee, applied at the owner's discretion.
- Card and app payments carry a 4% fee
- Cash, Zelle and check are processed at face value. Any other payment method carries a 4% service fee to cover processing.
- Bookings over $500 take a deposit
- Any service totalling more than $500 requires a 50% deposit to hold your dates on the schedule.
Zelle and cash are our preferred payment methods.

Financing FAQs
Does applying affect my credit score?
Afterpay's monthly payment options may involve a credit check; the pay-in-4 option generally does not affect your score. Afterpay sets and administers these terms, not us. Check the current terms directly with them before you apply.
Can I use financing for an emergency job?
Yes. Approval typically takes around five minutes, so it does not hold up an emergency response. We will get the crew moving and sort payment alongside.
What if insurance is paying?
Then financing usually is not needed. We bill most carriers directly on approved claims. Financing is there for deductibles, for uncovered work, and for jobs where there is no claim at all.
