Most cleaning is judged by how a room looks. This one is judged by what comes off on a white glove.
White Glove is a disassembly-level clean. Refrigerator shelves and gaskets, oven racks and glass, shower tracks and caulking lines, light fixtures and switch plates. The work that gets skipped because it takes too long.
It is booked for the whole property rather than room by room, and runs up to four working days. Every room has to reach the same standard or the glove check at the end means nothing.

Dusting
- Interior windows cleaned and steamed, including glass, sills, tracks and locks
- HEPA vacuuming of edges, corners, crevices and under accessible furnishings
- Beds made, staged and fabric freshened
- Hard floors washed with pH neutral cleaners
- Ceiling fans, lamps, furniture, vents, trim, door frames, baseboards, non-metal blinds and shelving dusted and detailed
- Walls, doors and baseboards spot treated for scuffs and hand prints
- Closet shelves, light fixtures and interior ledges wiped clean
- Trash removed, rooms reset and staged
- Switch plates and outlet covers detailed
- Final white glove inspection of flat surfaces, trim and high-touch points

Descaling
- Toilets deep sanitized and descaled: bowl, rim jets, base, hinges, handle, tank exterior and rear base
- Showers and tubs descaled, including grout, tile, glass, tracks, fixtures and caulking lines
- Serratia marcescens (pink mold) treated and removed where present
- Drains cleaned and cleared of hair
- Vanity wiped inside and out, including tracks and cabinet faces
- Mirrors detailed and polished streak-free
- Light fixtures, vents, switch plates and hardware cleaned to disassembly level
- Floors HEPA vacuumed and mopped with disinfectant
- Baseboards hand-wiped and spot detailed
- Odor removal where needed
- Final white glove inspection of every surface, ledge and trim

If an inspection turns up transferable residue anywhere, we return to the property within 48 hours and remediate the affected areas at no additional charge.

What makes this different from a deep clean?
Depth and verification. A deep clean reaches the places a regular visit skips. White Glove takes appliances and fixtures apart, cleans behind and inside them, and then checks the result with a cotton glove in front of you. It runs up to four full working days for a reason.
How does the guarantee work?
Every member of the household gets a pair of white cotton inspection gloves. Run them over anything we have cleaned. If a glove picks up transferable residue, we come back within 48 hours and put it right at no extra charge.
Will anything you use damage my finishes?
Taking fixtures and appliances apart puts us in contact with surfaces a routine clean never touches, so product choice matters more here than anywhere else. We use professional-grade products and match them to each surface rather than carrying one cleaner around the house. Point out anything with a finish you are protective of during the walkthrough. Safety Data Sheets are available on request.
What does it cost?
Pricing starts at $1.00 per square foot and depends on the condition of the property and how much disassembly-level work is involved. You get a firm written figure after we have seen the space. Bookings over $500 take a 50% deposit to hold the dates.
How far ahead do I need to book?
As far ahead as you can. White Glove ties up a crew for several days, so we run limited availability and take reservations first come, first served. Holiday and end-of-month dates go first.
Can I book White Glove for just a few rooms?
No. White Glove is a whole-property service and we do not split it by room. The guarantee is the reason: a glove check only means anything if every room has been taken to the same standard, and we will not put our name to a partial one. If you want particular rooms taken further than a normal visit, a Deep Clean is the right service, and we can weight it toward the areas that matter most to you.
