In detail
How we approach odor removal
Odor assessment and identification
We start with a careful Odor Assessment and Identification process. We pinpoint the source of odors and assess their nature, allowing for a targeted and effective removal strategy.
Advanced deodorization techniques
That means the use of Advanced Deodorization Techniques. From specialized cleaning agents to innovative deodorizing methods, we match the method to the specific odor.
Ozone treatment
For stubborn odors, our services may include Ozone Treatment. This powerful technique uses ozone molecules to neutralize and eliminate odors at the source, and is a highly effective, environmentally friendly solution for persistent odors.
Properties undergoing ozone treatment must be vacant throughout the process (30 hours) plus a 72-hour ventilation period. Signage is posted on all entrances during treatment. People, pets and plants must be out of the building for the entire period. This is not negotiable, and we will not shorten it.
Long-lasting odor prevention
We also handle Long-lasting Odor Prevention. We provide guidance on measures to prevent the recurrence of odors, so the space stays fresh.
Financing is available
Unexpected incidents come with unexpected expenses. Through our partnership with Afterpay you can split the cost of remediation into manageable payments, pay over 6 or 12 months, or in 4 interest-free instalments, so getting your property safe again is never held up by cash flow.
Questions
Odor Removal FAQs
Why does the smell keep coming back after I clean?
Almost always because the source is still there. Odor molecules absorb into porous materials, carpet pad, sub-floor, drywall, insulation, ductwork, and surface cleaning never reaches them. Humidity then re-activates the smell, which is why it returns on warm days.
Is ozone treatment safe?
It is safe when done correctly and genuinely dangerous when it is not. Ozone is a respiratory irritant, so the building must be completely vacant of people, pets and plants for the full 30-hour treatment and 72-hour ventilation period. We post signage on every entrance and we do not cut that timeline short.
Can you remove cigarette smoke odor from a rental?
Yes, and it is one of the most common calls we get from Indiana landlords and property managers between tenancies. Heavy nicotine contamination usually needs surface treatment plus sealing plus ozone, and occasionally replacement of the most saturated materials.

Fire Damage
Smoke travels further than fire does. What looks like a one-room loss is often a whole-building problem, and soot keeps damaging surfaces until it is removed.
Hoarding & Animal Hoarding
We have done this often enough to know that rushing a hoarding cleanup is how it fails. We work at a pace the person can live with.
