Biohazard Remediation
Fire Damage Restoration in Indiana
Smoke travels further than fire does. What looks like a one-room loss is often a whole-building problem, and soot keeps damaging surfaces until it is removed.

In detail
How we approach fire damage
Structural assessment and restoration
Our careful approach begins with a thorough Structural Assessment, identifying areas affected by fire damage. With a focus on safety and efficiency, we undertake the restoration process to rebuild and revitalize your property, so you get a smooth transition from devastation to restoration.
Soot and smoke cleanup
Addressing the lingering effects of fire, our specialized Soot and Smoke Cleanup services target the intricate particles left behind. We employ advanced techniques to remove soot and eliminate odors, revitalizing your space and mitigating potential health hazards.
Soot is acidic. Left in place it will continue to etch metal, discolor plastics and stain porous surfaces, which is why the first days after a fire matter so much to what can ultimately be saved.
Salvage and restoration of belongings
Past the structure, we handle the Salvage and Restoration of your belongings. From cherished personal items to essential documents, our team employs restoration techniques to recover and return valuables, adding a personal touch to our complete remediation process.
Insurance assistance and claims support
Navigating the aftermath of a fire includes handling insurance matters. Our team provides Insurance Assistance and Claims Support, working with you to streamline the process and make recovery smoother. We understand the complexities and work diligently to maximize your benefits.
Financing is available
Unexpected incidents come with unexpected expenses. Through our partnership with Afterpay you can split the cost of remediation into manageable payments, pay over 6 or 12 months, or in 4 interest-free instalments, so getting your property safe again is never held up by cash flow.
Questions
Fire Damage FAQs
Should I enter the property after a fire?
Only once the fire department has declared it structurally safe, and even then, briefly. Soot is a respiratory irritant, water from suppression creates slip and electrical hazards, and disturbing residue spreads it into unaffected rooms. If you need documents or medication, tell us and we can retrieve them safely.
Can smoke odor really be removed, or does it always come back?
It can be removed permanently, but only if the source is removed rather than masked. Odor returns when residue was left inside wall cavities, ductwork, insulation or contents. That is why our process treats the structure and the contents and the HVAC system rather than simply deodorizing the air.
How long does fire restoration take?
A contained single-room fire with light smoke may be a few days. A whole-structure loss with heavy smoke and required reconstruction runs weeks to months. We give you a realistic schedule after the assessment rather than an encouraging one up front.
