Services
Every biohazard service we provide
All available statewide, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Crime Scene, Trauma & Unattended Death
Unmarked vehicles, trained technicians, and a team that treats your home as a home, not a job site. Available 24 hours a day, anywhere in Indiana.
Emergency Biohazard Response
When contamination is active and spreading, the clock matters more than the paperwork. Call and we move.
Mold & Water Damage
Indiana humidity means water damage becomes a mold problem faster here than almost anywhere. The window is days, not weeks.
Fire Damage
Smoke travels further than fire does. What looks like a one-room loss is often a whole-building problem, and soot keeps damaging surfaces until it is removed.
Sewage Backup
Sewage is Category 3 water: grossly contaminated. It is not a mop-and-bucket job, and porous material it has touched generally cannot be saved.
Hoarding & Animal Hoarding
We have done this often enough to know that rushing a hoarding cleanup is how it fails. We work at a pace the person can live with.
Clandestine Drug Labs
Methamphetamine residue penetrates drywall, carpet, ductwork and framing. It does not clean off with detergent, and it does not go away on its own.
Infectious Disease Decontamination
Getting a facility reopened safely and quickly, with documentation you can show staff, tenants or an inspector.
Odor Removal
If an odor keeps coming back, it was masked rather than removed. We find the source and eliminate it.
Asbestos & Lead
Indiana has a lot of pre-1978 housing stock. If your building predates that, assume lead paint and possible asbestos until testing says otherwise.
Chemical Spills
Containment first. Every minute a spill spreads is more material to remediate and more regulatory exposure for you.
Industrial Accidents
Getting your people safe, your site compliant and your line running again. Handled discreetly, and documented properly.

Questions
Biohazard remediation FAQs
What counts as a biohazard?
Any biological or chemical material that can cause harm, blood and bodily fluids, human or animal remains, sewage, mold, chemical residues from drug manufacture, asbestos and lead, and infectious pathogens. If you are not sure whether your situation qualifies, call and describe it; we will tell you honestly.
What do you disinfect with?
EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants. Hospital-grade is a specific EPA designation rather than a marketing phrase: to carry it, a disinfectant has to prove broad-spectrum efficacy and, on top of that, efficacy against Pseudomonas aeruginosa. Products are used at the dilution and contact time on the label, because a disinfectant wiped off early has not done what the label says. Safety Data Sheets for anything we use on your property are available on request.
Do you charge to come out and look?
Assessments are free. For an active emergency we will get a crew moving and sort the paperwork alongside, rather than the other way round.
Will insurance pay for this?
Frequently yes, depending on the cause of loss and your policy. We work with most carriers, document the scope the way adjusters expect, and can bill the insurer directly on approved claims. If it is not covered, Afterpay financing is available.
How is biohazard work different from ordinary cleaning?
Different training, different equipment, different chemistry, and a legal disposal chain. Biohazardous waste cannot go into ordinary refuse, contamination frequently penetrates below the surfaces you can see, and the work has to be performed under the OSHA Bloodborne Pathogens Standard, 29 CFR 1910.1030.
