Do you work during the event, or only afterwards?
Both. Many venues want a crew on site through the event handling restrooms, spills and bins so nothing gets away from them, followed by a full turnaround afterwards. We can do either or both.
How fast can you turn a venue around?
It depends on the size and what the next booking is. Tell us the deadline and we will staff to it. Overnight turnarounds are routine for us.
Do you handle biohazard incidents at events?
Yes. Large events occasionally bring a medical incident, and it helps to have a crew already on site who is trained and equipped for it rather than having to call someone in and explain the situation twice.
Can you work to a call sheet?
That is how production work runs, so yes. Split days, overnight turnarounds, holds while a scene is being shot, and a hard wrap time. Give us the schedule and we work around it rather than the other way round.
Will your crew sign an NDA?
Yes, and we expect to. Our people are used to working on sets and around trailers where they will see scripts, sides, cast and unreleased material. Nothing gets photographed and nothing gets discussed off set.
Do you handle location restoration?
Yes. Returning a private home, business or public space to the condition the permit or location agreement requires is a large part of this work, and it is usually what decides whether a deposit comes back and whether that location says yes next time.
