Standard Cleaning
Our most common recurring service. The full round of kitchen, bathroom and living space work on a schedule that suits you.
Standard+ Cleaning
Everything in Standard, plus interior windows and locks, the inside of the microwave, and descaling where it is needed.
Deep Cleaning
Appliance and cabinet interiors, degreasing, descaling and window tracks. The catch-up clean before a schedule starts.
Turnover Cleaning
For rentals and property handovers. A full reset of every room so the next occupant walks into a finished space.

Disassembly-level detail, finished with a cotton glove inspection you carry out yourself.

Residential cleaning FAQs
How much does house cleaning cost in Indiana?
It depends on square footage, the level of clean, and how often we come. Recurring visits cost less per visit than one-off cleans because there is less to catch up on. We give you a firm price in writing after a free assessment rather than an hourly rate that can run away from you.
Do I need to be home during the cleaning?
No. Many of our recurring clients give us access arrangements and are at work while we clean. Whatever you are comfortable with works for us. We can also clean around you if you prefer to be there.
Are your products safe around children, pets and my floors?
We use professional-grade products and match them to the surface, and where we disinfect we use EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants. That matters as much for your finishes as it does for your household: the wrong product on sealed stone, waxed wood or a natural surface can dull or strip it. Tell us about anyone in the house with asthma, allergies or a sensitivity, and about any surface with a finish you are protective of, and we will plan around it. Safety Data Sheets are available on request for anything we bring into your home.
Do you bring your own supplies and equipment?
Yes, everything is included. If you would prefer we use specific products in your home, because of allergies, pets, or particular surfaces, tell us and we will.
Do you offer discounts for recurring clients or property managers?
Yes. Recurring schedules are priced better than one-time cleans, and we offer discounts to repeat clientele such as realtors, landlords and property managers who bring us regular turnover work.
Can you clean a rental between tenants on short notice?
That is our turnover cleaning service and it is one of the things we do most. Tell us the deadline on the first call and we will tell you honestly whether we can meet it.
