Standard+ is the useful middle. It is everything a Standard Clean covers, plus the handful of jobs that a recurring visit normally leaves behind: interior windows and lock detailing, the inside of the microwave, and calcium and lime descaling where the water has left its mark.
If your recurring clean feels close but the shower glass and the windows are slowly losing ground, this is the level you actually want. It is the difference between a home that is clean and a home that stays sharp.

What exactly does Standard+ add over Standard?

Is this enough for a first visit?
Usually not. If the property has not had regular help, appliance and cabinet interiors need opening up, which is Deep Cleaning. Standard+ is a maintenance level, not a recovery one.
