For rentals and property handovers. A full reset of every room so the next occupant walks into a finished space.
Turnover Cleaning is built for empty properties. Everything a Deep Clean covers, taken to the standard a new occupant should walk into: cabinet and drawer interiors, shower and tub descaled down to the grout and tracks, floors scrubbed into the corners, closets and storage cleared and wiped, walls spot treated.
Landlords and property managers book it between tenancies. Tenants book it to protect a deposit. Either way the property should be empty when we arrive, because cleaning around furniture and boxes is how the marks underneath get missed.
If you have several units changing over on the same date, tell us how many and when they have to be ready. We will scope the block rather than one unit at a time.

- Interior and exterior of refrigerator, freezer, oven, microwave and dishwasher
- Cabinet and drawer interiors vacuumed and wiped

- Stovetop detailed: burners, grates, drip pans and controls
Bathrooms
- Toilet deep cleaned and sanitized, including the base and behind the pan
- Shower and tub descaled: tile, grout, glass, tracks and fixtures
- Vanity inside and out, mirror polished, light fixtures detailed
- Floors scrubbed into the edges and corners
- Baseboards, vents and extractor fans wiped down and detailed

- All floors vacuumed and mopped to the edges, closets included
- Baseboards, trim, door frames, vents, fans, blinds and shelving wiped down and detailed

- All trash removed and the property left ready to hand over

Does the property need to be empty?
It should be. Turnover is a reset of every surface, and furniture in the way means the marks underneath stay. Empty first, then clean.
Can you handle several units at once?
Yes. Multiple units on the same changeover date is normal work for us, particularly around Bloomington. Give us the unit count and the deadline and the estimate will cover the whole block.
Will this satisfy my landlord?
Read your lease first, because it may name specific items or require a receipt for professional carpet cleaning. Tell us what it says and we will make sure the scope covers it.
