Two levels, and most sites use both: a reset to start, then recurring maintenance on an agreed cycle.

- Wipe and disinfect partitions, dispensers and high-touch surfaces
- Spot clean mirrors and fixtures
- Refill soap, paper towels and toilet paper (client supplied unless agreed otherwise)
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Damp mop floors with disinfectant solution

- Dust desks, tables, shelving and accessible horizontal surfaces
- Wipe high-touch points including phones, door handles and light switches
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Spot clean glass surfaces and interior glass doors

Interior appliance cleaning, carpet extraction and restorative floor care are not included unless specified. Work is carried out during the service window we agree with you. Usually booked as the first service before recurring janitorial work begins. Priced on soil level and square footage, since both drive how long it takes. Carpet extraction, floor stripping and waxing, and specialty restoration are quoted separately.

Can you clean outside our business hours?
Yes, and most of our commercial contracts run that way. Evenings, overnight, or early mornings, whatever keeps your operation running and your staff undisturbed.
Can you supply Safety Data Sheets for your products?
Yes. We use professional-grade products matched to the surfaces in your building, and EPA-registered hospital-grade disinfectants where disinfection is part of the scope. Safety Data Sheets are available on request for everything we bring on site. If your facility keeps a chemical register or your safety officer needs them on file before we start, say so when we scope the work and they will be part of the handover rather than something you have to chase.
Are your staff background checked and insured?
Yes. We are licensed and insured, and we can provide certificates of insurance naming your organization. For financial institutions and healthcare settings we are used to meeting additional vetting requirements.
Do you handle biohazard incidents at commercial sites?
Yes, and that is one of the main reasons commercial clients choose us. If something happens on your premises, a medical incident, a sewage backup, a chemical spill. You already have a vendor who can handle it, rather than searching for one during a crisis.
