Deep Clean & Initial Reset
A top-to-bottom clean for a first visit, a post-construction handover, an occupancy change, or a periodic reset. This clears buildup that routine janitorial work never reaches.
This is the top-to-bottom clean for a first visit, a post-construction handover, an occupancy change, or a periodic reset. It clears the buildup that routine janitorial work never reaches. For a new build or a fit-out still coming out of construction, post-construction cleaning is the more specific service.
Grout lines, baseboards, the areas behind and around fixtures, door frames and edges, low-use and overlooked surfaces, floor scrubs into the edges and corners. It is a different job from a recurring visit, not a longer version of one.
Most commercial clients book this once at the start, then move onto General Janitorial to hold the standard. Trying to do the first with the budget for the second is the most common reason a cleaning contract feels like it is underdelivering.

Questions
Deep Clean & Initial Reset questions
Do we need this before starting a janitorial contract?
Usually, if the building has not been kept up. Recurring work maintains a standard rather than establishing one. We will tell you honestly at the assessment whether you need it.
How is it priced?
On soil level and square footage, because both drive how long it takes. You get a firm written price after a free assessment.
Is carpet extraction or floor waxing included?
