The scope below is what goes in the agreement, room by room, along with what is specifically excluded. The arguments in commercial cleaning are almost never about quality; they are about whether something was in scope. Writing it down before work starts is how that gets avoided.
If the building has been on a light schedule for a long time, recurring work will not recover it on its own. That is what the Deep Clean and Initial Reset is for, and the two are priced separately for exactly that reason.

- Clean and disinfect toilets, urinals, sinks and countertops
- Wipe and disinfect partitions, dispensers and high-touch surfaces
- Spot clean mirrors and fixtures
- Refill soap, paper towels and toilet paper (client supplied unless agreed otherwise)
- Empty trash and replace liners
- Damp mop floors with disinfectant solution
Offices & conference rooms
- Dust desks, tables, shelving and accessible horizontal surfaces
- Wipe high-touch points including phones, door handles and light switches

How often should our building be cleaned?
Foot traffic matters more than floor area. Anywhere the public comes and goes or food is eaten usually needs daily attention; a smaller professional office is often fine weekly. We will walk the building and quote a frequency that matches how it is used.
Can you work outside business hours?
Yes, and for most contracts we recommend it. Evening, overnight and weekend schedules are all normal. The visit schedule is part of the written scope.
Who supplies consumables?
Soap, paper towels and toilet paper are client supplied unless we agree otherwise in writing. It is set out in the scope so there is no ambiguity.
