Terms governing your use of the ConvenientConnections website and the basis on which we provide estimates and services in Indiana.

These terms govern your use of convenientconnections.net. They do not replace the written estimate, scope of work or service agreement covering any work we perform for you, where those documents and these terms differ, those documents govern.
Use of this website
You may use this site to learn about our services and to contact us. You may not use it to transmit unlawful, abusive or fraudulent content, to attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or to submit automated or bulk inquiries.
Information on this site is not a quote
Descriptions of services on this website are general. They do not constitute a quote, an offer, or a guarantee that a particular service is suitable for your situation. Pricing is provided in a written estimate after we have assessed the actual job.
Not professional advice
Content on this website, including anything in our resources section, is general information only. It is not legal, medical, insurance or environmental compliance advice, and it should not be relied on as a substitute for professional guidance about your specific circumstances. Regulations change; verify current requirements with the relevant Indiana authority.
Estimates and scheduling
Estimates are free and carry no obligation. Estimates are based on the conditions we can observe at the time of assessment. Where work uncovers conditions that were not visible or disclosed, hidden contamination, undisclosed structural damage, additional affected areas. We will inform you and agree any change to scope and price before proceeding.
Emergency services
Our emergency line is answered 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Response times vary with distance, weather, road conditions and current workload, and any time estimate we give is our good-faith expectation rather than a guarantee.
Where there is a threat to life, a fire, or a crime in progress, call 911 first.
Payment and financing
Payment terms are set out in your estimate or service agreement. Financing is provided by Afterpay, a third party. Approval, terms, interest and fees are determined solely by Afterpay under its own agreement with you, and we are not a party to that agreement.
Intellectual property
The ConvenientConnections name and logo, and the text, photography and design of this website, are the property of ConvenientConnections, LLC unless otherwise indicated. You may not reproduce them without permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Indiana law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Indiana.
Changes
We may update these terms. The effective date above will change when we do.
